REGULAR SERVICE CHECKLIST

Living Areas & Bedrooms 

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, furniture, and decorations
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Sweep and mop hard floors
• Wipe down windowsills and windows
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Tidy up and organize clutter
• Dust and clean light fixtures 
• Change bed linens (if scheduled at extra cost)
• Empty trash bins and replace liners

Kitchen 

• Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and appliances
• Clean sinks and faucets
• Wipe exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)
• Clean stove top and oven interior (if scheduled at extra cost)
• Sweep and mop the floor
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean and organize pantry or shelves as needed

Bathrooms 

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and tubs/showers
• Wipe down countertops and mirrors
• Clean glass shower doors 
• Sweep and mop the floor
• Empty trash bins

General Tasks 

• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, switches)
• Dust and wipe down baseboards and moldings
