BOND SERVICE CHECKLIST

Living Areas & Bedrooms 

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, fan blades, and light fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; steam clean (if Required at extra cost)
• Sweep and mop all hard floors
• Wipe down windows, sills, and tracks
• Clean inside and outside of windows
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
• Wipe down skirting boards and baseboards
• Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles
• Remove all personal belongings and trash

Kitchen 

• Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash
• Wipe down cabinets and drawers (inside and outside)
• Clean appliances: fridge and oven (inside and out), microwave,toaster, etc.
• Defrost and clean the freezer if needed
• Clean sink and faucets, remove any buildup
• Sweep and mop the floor thoroughly
• Remove all trash and empty bins

Bathrooms 

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Wipe down cabinets and shelves
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove hair, soap scum, and grime

Additional Tasks 

• Remove any nails, hooks, or fixtures left by previous tenants
• Clean air conditioning units or vents
• Wipe down doors and clean door frames
• Clean inside closets and wardrobes
• Check for and remove any pest issues or signs
• Perform a final inspection to ensure the property is spotless
